Hold on to the Promise with Hope

 Hebrews 6:19 This hope is an anchor strong and secure for our souls, which has been anchored even beyond the veil. Our life journey is like a ship that has the potential to be tossed by waves, both waves of teaching and various offers of the world, which make us doubt our future.

But remember that Jesus has brought Himself as a sacrifice even beyond the veil, and because He offered Himself according to the order of Melchizedek as the High Priest once and for all, that is what the Bible calls a strong anchor, so our hope in Jesus will not shift forever.

Keep hoping in what the Lord Jesus has accomplished for us, because even though the storm rages and the waves crash, God's Grace is a strong anchor forever.

The Power of Words

 Mark 11:20-21 Early in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. Peter remembered what had happened and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree that you cursed is dried up.” In Mark 11:14, the Lord Jesus cursed a fig tree. He simply said, “May no one eat fruit from you ever again!” and the next day, the tree dried up from the roots. How powerful words are! Notice, when the Lord cursed the tree, it did not immediately appear to die. It was only the next day that the tree appeared to have dried up from the roots. Why was that? In the NKJV, verse 20 says, “the fig tree dried up from the roots.” From the roots. When the Lord spoke to the tree, death immediately occurred! It just wasn’t visible because the death occurred from the roots and wasn’t visible in the leaves. At the Highest and Lowest Points

 Matthew 3:16-17 After being baptized, Jesus immediately came up from the water and at that moment the heavens opened and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove on Him, then a voice came from heaven saying: "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
