If You Can Worry, You Can Have Faith
Job 3:25-26 For what I feared has come upon me, and what I was afraid of has come upon me. I have no peace or rest; I have no rest, but anxiety has come upon me.” We may underestimate the worries and fears in our hearts by understanding that fear and worry are normal as humans. Especially if it seems like the worries and fears are for something valuable or someone we love. Job felt the same way. Then look at what happened after he responded to his worries and fears? He felt restless, restless. He could not rest and was restless. Joshua 1:8 says, “Do not forget to speak this book of the law, but meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous and you will have success.” Worry and fear are the same as thinking about possibilities that have not yet happened continuously. What results is restlessness and anxiety. Meditating on God’s word has the opposite effect. Your journey will be successful and you will be lucky! Both are in your mind. Fill your mind with God’s word, “I know something good will happen to me because I am a person who is loved by God,” “I know my efforts will be successful because God blesses everything I do,” “I am healed because His stripes heal me.” You will see your life transformed when what you meditate on is God’s word. God’s word is alive, and He is able to give you life.
