Loved Unconditionally

 1 John 3:1 See what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. Therefore the world does not know us because it did not know Him. Did you know that as children of God, we do not have to qualify His love in any way? We are already His beloved. We may feel that we are far from Him, but the Father sees us. He has been watching and waiting for us to come home, ready to run to us to embrace us. He wants to shower His love and kisses on us, over and over again.

We do not have to insist on earning the Father’s love. ALL that He has is already ours. He does not ask us to serve Him in order to receive His blessings. ALL that He has is freely and unconditionally given to us.

He gave His only Son to die an excruciating death on the cross so that we could receive the fullness of His love. So come. Come to the Father. Come with all our failures, with all our brokenness, and with all our shortcomings.

When we realize that we are the object of His love, trust that anything negative or destructive will be removed from our lives and we will experience breakthrough after breakthrough like never before.

The Power of Words

 Mark 11:20-21 Early in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. Peter remembered what had happened and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree that you cursed is dried up.” In Mark 11:14, the Lord Jesus cursed a fig tree. He simply said, “May no one eat fruit from you ever again!” and the next day, the tree dried up from the roots. How powerful words are! Notice, when the Lord cursed the tree, it did not immediately appear to die. It was only the next day that the tree appeared to have dried up from the roots. Why was that? In the NKJV, verse 20 says, “the fig tree dried up from the roots.” From the roots. When the Lord spoke to the tree, death immediately occurred! It just wasn’t visible because the death occurred from the roots and wasn’t visible in the leaves. At the Highest and Lowest Points

 Matthew 3:16-17 After being baptized, Jesus immediately came up from the water and at that moment the heavens opened and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove on Him, then a voice came from heaven saying: "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Jesus was baptized in the Dead Sea area, in the Jordan River. The Dead Sea is the lowest place on the entire surface of the earth, four hundred meters below sea level.
