The Holy Scriptures Are a Ventilator (God's Breath) From Heaven

 2 Timothy 3:15-16 Also remember that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures which can give you wisdom and lead you to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All writings inspired by God are useful for teaching, for revealing errors, for correcting behavior and for educating people in the truth. Paul said that everything written in the Holy Bible was inspired by God. The word inspiration here translated into Greek is theanustos, theanustos only appears once in the Bible, it is only used by Paul in this verse.

Theanustos means God's breath, the breath of God. All writings in the Holy Bible are the breath of God! When Allah created humans, Allah formed humans from the dust of the ground, at that time humans were not yet living creatures, when did humans become living creatures? When Allah breathes into human nostrils, humans become living creatures. Humans become creatures that live because of God's breath. God's breath gives us life. Every time we open the Bible, reading all the writings in it - all the writings are the breath of God - God is actually breathing into us to give us life, health, and healing. Proverbs 4:20-22 My son, pay attention to my words; give not your ear to my words; let them not depart from your eyes; treasure them up in your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and health to their whole body. This verse tells us that we should spend time in the word of God (pay attention to my words), spend time listening to the word of God (earnest your ear to my words), spend time opening and reading the Bible (let them not depart from your eyes), and meditating on the word of God (treasure them up in your heart). Why? Verse 22 says because they are life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body. The word of God is the breath of God that gives life and healing to all of our bodies. In a world situation like this, we need the breath of God that gives life and healing to our entire body. All of that - life and healing - we can get when we hear, read, and meditate on all the writings - the words of God - that are in the Holy Bible. The Holy Bible is a ventilator (the breath of God) from heaven!

The Power of Words

 Mark 11:20-21 Early in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. Peter remembered what had happened and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree that you cursed is dried up.” In Mark 11:14, the Lord Jesus cursed a fig tree. He simply said, “May no one eat fruit from you ever again!” and the next day, the tree dried up from the roots. How powerful words are! Notice, when the Lord cursed the tree, it did not immediately appear to die. It was only the next day that the tree appeared to have dried up from the roots. Why was that? In the NKJV, verse 20 says, “the fig tree dried up from the roots.” From the roots. When the Lord spoke to the tree, death immediately occurred! It just wasn’t visible because the death occurred from the roots and wasn’t visible in the leaves. At the Highest and Lowest Points

 Matthew 3:16-17 After being baptized, Jesus immediately came up from the water and at that moment the heavens opened and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove on Him, then a voice came from heaven saying: "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
